HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REBATE

Thank you for purchasing Thermaltake products.

In order to claim your mail-in rebate, you will first need to purchase the product from a participating Australian retailer and then submit this claim form together with the relevant information. This program is for Australian consumers (end users) only.

We have developed a streamlined process in order to correctly verify your purchase, and have your cash back sent to you within the minimum amount of time possible without excessive paperwork and processing! The simple two-step process outlined below enables us to do this, and we’ll dispatch your cash back to you within seven days of us receiving your completed information as follows:

Mail the three items:

(a) a copy of the completed rebate form,

(b) the original UPC barcode label from the packaging (cut out as illustrated)

(c) a full copy of retailer tax invoice to the address below.

Rebate Terms and Conditions

This rebate offer is available to qualifying Australian end-user purchasers of a qualifying product from a participating Australian retailer. If any terms and conditions are not met the rebate will be denied. Distributors and dealers may not participate in this offer. The purchase date on your sales receipt, packing slip or invoice must be a date within the eligibility period indicated on the individual rebate application that you must print, sign and mail to:

The address on your rebate application must match the billing address on the receipt, packing slip or invoice. Limit One (1) rebate per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address, company, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during the eligibility period, except were prohibited by law. Only one (1) rebate application per envelope. Any request postmarked 30 days after the application date will be rejected. Rebate payment will be in the form of EFTPOS card. Reward cards may be used at merchants in Australia. The Reward Card is given to you as a reward, refund, rebate or gift and no consideration, value, or money has been paid by you in exchange for the Reward Card. The Reward Card cannot be used at cruise lines, for recurring billing charges, at casinos or ATMs. See cardholder agreement for complete terms and conditions. Offer only valid in Australia. Rebate Payable in Australian Dollars for Australian Residents. Offer subject to change at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses and PO Boxes to obtain additional rebates may constitute fraud, violate federal or state laws and may result in prosecution, imprisonment and/or fines. Please allow 3 weeks after mailing to make any inquiries regarding your rebate. Fulfilment of this rebate is subject to final approval by Thermaltake.
